Chima&TyrekeBowl
Chima (seated) and Tyreke (standing) enjoy the food and the fun at the Rappahannock Big Brothers Big Sisters 2008 Bowl for Kids’ Sake.

Chima is Sally’s Little Brother and Tyreke is Bobby’s.

We try to spend time with them at least once each week.

If you have some free time, consider volunteering at a nursing home.
Most have many residents who have very few (if any) visitors.
One suggestion: Cherrydale on Lee Highway in Arlington, Virginia.
